Aluminium 8011 Coils primarily consist of aluminium (around 97-99%) with small amounts of iron (0.6-1%) and silicon (0.5-0.9%), enhancing strength and corrosion resistance. Trace elements like copper, manganese, and zinc may also be present. Aluminium 8011 offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio, with tensile strength ranging from 125-170 MPa, depending on temper. It has good ductility, with elongation percentages of 2-8%, and a density of 2.71 g/cm³. Its exceptional corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and lightweight characteristics make it ideal for diverse industrial applications.
