Aluminium 1100 consists of a minimum of 99% aluminium, making it one of the purest grades. It is non-heat-treatable and has moderate strength. The tensile strength ranges from 90 to 130 MPa, with a yield strength around 35 MPa. Elongation at break usually exceeds 25%. Its density is 2.70 g/cm³, providing excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.
